Kirthmon F. Dozier Jr, a Detroit native, grew up playing baseball in Detroit and internationally. Dozier was a part of the first graduating class of University Prep High School (UPREP) in 2007. During his time in high school he was the pioneer in the creation of UPREP’s first baseball team, led UPREP to their first two District Championships while interning with the Detroit Tigers and the Detroit Fire Department. In 2007, he played internationally in Puerto Rico for Coast to Coast Athletics. He later enrolled at Oakland University where he decided to learn the administrative side of sports. At 20, he was a part of the Detroit Pistons public relations staff for four seasons working alongside one of the best PR staffs in the NBA. He also gained experience working with the MLB, NCAA, NFL and AAU. He graduated from Oakland University in 2011 majoring in Communication and minoring in Public Relations. After various career experiences, Dozier created the Full Count Foundation in 2015. Dozier now coaches the University Prep High School varsity baseball team and works with the Holden Boys & Girls Club.

Arthur Dockery Jr., a Detroit native, grew up playing baseball in Detroit and around the world. Dockery grew up playing baseball with the Detroit Eagles baseball organization which was one of the top youth baseball programs in the state of Michigan and country. Dockery also played internationally in Puerto Rico during his early teenage years. Dockery helped lead his Detroit travel team to the cities first R.B.I League World Championship. He attended Detroit Southeastern High School for his junior and senior years where he helped lead the Jungaleers to Detroit P.S.L, district, and regional championships. The 2008 received a baseball scholarship to play baseball at Sinclair Community College and Kentucky Union College where he graduated from in 2013. He now works with the Full Count Foundation developing youth athlete’s baseball skills.

Demetrus Pitts Sr., a Detroit native, grew up playing baseball in the Southeastern Baseball League for the Inner City Sub-center and P.A.L from the age of 8-18. He has spent 20 years serving the City of Detroit as a Detroit Police Officer. Pitts coached in the Orchard’s Youth Baseball League, Think Detroit, Detroit P.A.L and at Finney H.S. Every year coaching, his teams had winning records. Pitts little league teams won championships in Detroit P.A.L, Think Detroit, and the Detroit Hometown World Series. He was presented with the Channel 20 Youth Coach of Year Award. He believes in teaching the fundamentals, details, and techniques. Pitts also spends time mentoring Detroit’s inner-city youth.
